Tamno Policy Institute: The Tamno Policy Institute (TPI) is a student-centered leadership and professional development program designed to prepare college students for careers in public policy, advocacy, international development, education policy, and civic leadership. Through hands-on training, policy workshops, mentorship, research opportunities, and community engagement, TPI equips emerging leaders with the practical skills and critical perspectives needed to address local and global challenges.
Nurturing Minds: Educating Girls of Tanzania Drawing from experience in international development and global education initiatives, the Firm provides Nurturing Minds consultation on implementing their Hands-On STEAM Experiences for SEGA Girls in Morogoro, Tanzania.
NAWI Initiative in Kenya:
Through strategic consultation, educator support, and program development, the NAWI Initiative works alongside local Kenyan school leaders and teachers to identify opportunities to implement sustainable approaches that improve educational outcomes for students.
Children Authorship Program (USA): Through the Children’s Authorship Program (CAP), J.C. Tamno Foundation and Tamno Globalectics Policy and Literacy LLC partner with schools and districts to empower children to see themselves as authors, storytellers, and leaders of their own narratives. Building upon the successful pilot implementation through the Foundation, the program provides culturally responsive literacy consultation, curriculum support, and student-centered writing workshops that guide young learners through the creative process of developing and publishing their own written works.
